• Arranging and full control of company production supplies from the USA, Argentina and Brazil to the Russian Federation and CIS countries (via sea, avia, auto, container deliveries); • Communication with the company customers, including those from the USA and CIS countries regarding operation, accounting, running balances and calculations with the clients, managing documentation with the customers; • Cooperation with transport and insurance companies as well as other organizations engaged in transportation; • Timely deliveries control and coordination all the way door to door; • Managing primary documentation for product customs clearance; • Delivery costs optimization based on the commodity type - choosing best routes, ways and schedules of transportation, etc.; • Coordination with company other departments within the tasks in place; • Filing data in comany corporate system in due order, making reports for the Head office in the USA; • Settling all issues connected with product deliveries, dealing with customers' claims.

• Negotiating and managing foreign trade contracts; • Searching for new products and foreign suppliers; • Conducting negotiations, communication and business correspondence with company suppliers, logistic companies and brokers regarding terms of work and deliveries optimization; • Control and managing the delivery starting from its placement and up to product unloading at the company coldstore; • Timely export and import payments control; • Conducting all due documentation (delivery schedules, certificates, permissions, etc).
