1. Business communication with foreign suppliers. 2. Preparing supply contracts, checking shipping documents (specifications, price and packing lists). 3. Placing orders to suppliers, control of orders confirmations and goods on stock. 4. Processing delivery requests, shipments control, goods tracking. 5. Work in 1C 8.0 - invoices issue and posting, control of goods moving in the database system, preparation warehousing documents for goods acceptance. 6. Reporting.

1. Business communication and correspondence with law-enforcement authorities of foreign countries. 2. Participation in designing and preparation of contracts and programs for training of Russian officers abroad. 3. Assistance in preparation of recommendations, scientific and methodical manuals for work improvement of Federal Customs Service dog training basing on the practice of foreign countries. 4. Translating work in education courses of specialits abroad. 5. Processing of external and internal correspondence and documents turnover concerned with activity of the center.

1. Contribution to training organization arrangements of Russian officers with drug detection dogs in Italy. 2. Cooperation with Italian governmental entities for development of boarder control procedure. 3. Translation of guidance notes, training tasks within responsibility area from Italian, German, English into Russian and vice versa. 4. Participation in negotiations, seminars and competitions as a translator. 5. Maintenance of documents flow, reporting.

Interpretation and translation from and into English.

Until December 2005: translations from German and English of texts containing furniture terminology. Interpretation in negotiations with foreign partners. From December 2005 to November 2007: import manager with combined duties as an interpreter. Order processing. Import control, partial control of furniture sales in Moscow and the regions. Sales records maintaining in Excel. Drawing up of invoices and other delivery documents in the 1C accounting software. Business correspondence with foreign partners in German and English. Telephone conversations with foreign partners. Training of sales consultants on furniture catalogues.
